Chicken Marinade

I was pretty excited to get this recipe out. I went into my fridge and found a bunch of parsley I got and forgot to use. I am always getting rid of parsley, cos they get bad after I forget to use them. I wasn’t going to let that happen this time so I decided to include it in my marinade.

Ingredients:

◦ 4 chicken legs

◦ 25g parsley

◦ 4 garlic cloves

◦ 1 small/medium brown onion

◦ 3 red chilli peppers

◦ 1tsp hot paprika

◦ 1/2tsp dried thyme

◦ 3-4 Seasoning cubes

◦ 3tsp Olive oil

◦ Kosher salt

Instructions:

◦ Rinse parsley, peel onions and chop into 4 and peel the garlic. Then transfer all ingredients into a food processor and blend together till smooth. ( no need taking out the seeds in your chilli)

◦ Clean chicken and make incision. Rub marinade on chicken making sure every where is covered. Place in your fridge for at least 5-6 hours or over night. Grill in the oven, or outdoors on a bbq stand. I used my ninja grill and it was perfect.

    1. So sorry for the delay in responding back. I usually do a 200 in the oven. My air fryer has the chicken option to cook well done. I just never checked the temp
